Court Hires Deputy Court Administrator
The Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court is pleased to welcome Neida N. Nosayaba as the new Deputy Court Administrator/Director of Human Resources.
Nosayaba comes to us from Cleveland Municipal Court where she was the Human Resources & Personnel Director since 2022. Before that, she was the Deputy Court Administrator and Human Resources Director for Cleveland Housing Court. From 2003 to 2020, Nosayaba was a Human Resources Specialist for Cleveland Municipal Court. She also worked as a Deputy Project Director for the City of Cleveland.
“We are thrilled to have Neida Nosayaba join our Court,” says Administrative and Presiding Judge Brendan J. Sheehan. “Her decades of previous service to the justice system made Neida an ideal applicant for this position. She brings a wealth of human resources knowledge and experience to the Common Pleas Court.”
Nosayaba has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Capital University in Cleveland, and an Associate’s Degree in Small Business Management from Cuyahoga Community College. Nosayaba has also completed the Certified Court Manager and Executive programs offered through the National Center for State Courts. She also earned her SHRM certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2018.
Nosayaba will work in partnership with Court Administrator Greg Popovich and Deputy Court Administrator/Director of Court Operations Andrea Kinast.
