The Judges of the Common Pleas Court, General Division, are requesting comments regarding proposed amendments to Local Rule 24 and Local Rule 27 .  Links to the proposed changes can be found below.  Upon review, you will find new language in RED uppercase bold letters. Language that will be deleted has been stricken and appears in bold lowercase letters.  Copies of the amendments are also available in the Court Administrator's Office on the 11th floor of the Justice Center.
