On November 12, 2008, the Judges of the Common Pleas Court, General Division, approved amendments to Local Rule 27.  The effective date for these amendments is February 1, 2009.  The Rule will be applied to all Sheriff sales conducted after February 1, 2009.  

A link to the amended Rule can be found below.  Upon review, you will find new language in RED uppercase bold letters. Language that will be deleted has been stricken and appears in red lowercase letters.  Copies of the amendments are also available in the Court Administrator's Office on the 11th floor of the Justice Center.
