25.0 PARTITION CASES Plaintiff's attorney fees in partition cases may be allowed according to the following schedule:
Valuation - $10,000 or less $125 - $500
Valuation in excess of $10,000 Additional 3% to $55,000
Valuation in excess of $55,000 Additional 2%
(Valuation is defined to be that property value established by the appointed commissioners.)
