Employment Opportunity - Assistant Administrator - Grant Coordinator12/14/2017

This is an unclassified position held at the pleasure of the Court. This position is the primary assistant to the Corrections Planning Board (CPB) Administrator, reports directly to that position and performs such duties as are assigned/delegated by the Board Administrator. The primary duty of the Assistant Administrator position is to assist the Board Administrator in the overall daily management of the CPB operations, in supervising and directing CPB employees and in developing and implementing policies and procedures. The CPB Assistant Administrator will appear in the absence of the Board Administrator at meetings/events with other partner entities and agencies. The Grant Coordinator duties include coordination and oversight of the grant research, preparation, application and oversight processes for the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. The duties specific to this position will be responsible for the identification and securing of local, State and Federal funding resources, augmentation of Court general funds through the development of grant agreements, monitoring of vendor compliance with grant provisions and requirements, and ensuring that financial and status reports are prepared in a timely manner.

Proof of education, employment and references will be required before final interview. The Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas requires submission to a criminal history background check and drug testing prior to employment. Valid Ohio Driver’s License is required.
