Judge Timothy McGinty Appointed
Judge Timothy J. McGinty will preside over the docket of Judge Michael J. Russo, who passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023. The Ohio Supreme Court has appointed Judge McGinty, who previously served as a visiting judge for the court.
Judge McGinty will remain on the docket until Governor Michael DeWine selects a permanent replacement. To fulfill the remainder of Judge Russo’s current term, the judge appointed by Governor DeWine will have to seek election to the seat in 2024.
