Visiting Judge Assigned
Due to the suspension of Judge Daniel Gaul by the Ohio Supreme Court, Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy has appointed retired Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Janet Burnside to preside over Judge Gaul’s docket beginning Monday, January 8.
“We appreciated Judge Burnside’s willingness to step out of retirement to assist in this matter,” says Administrative and Presiding Judge Brendan J. Sheehan.
Judge Burnside retired in 2018 after serving on the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court General Division Bench for nearly 30 years.
